About this work

Session of the House of Lords during the Convention convened by King William III, 1 February 1689. In the middle and to the left and right, the Lords sit on benches. In front, the clerks around a table. The king's chair is empty. Below the plate, in five columns, a verse (signed J.B.N.) and the legend 1-13.
