Satirical print in which the allied European sovereigns smash the Furnace or Stove of War in the Alchemist's Workshop of King Louis XIV and the Pope and Cardinal, 1706. With three smaller scenes at the bottom. Leaf no. 3 in the series of 25 leaves titled: Supplement to the Royal Almanac, called the Golden Year of the Allies, 1706. Part of the print work published under the collective title: 't Lust-Hof van Momus, with the bundled series of satirical prints during the years 1701-1713 of the War of the Spanish Succession.
