About this work

Sheet with a satirical verse on the servants of the stock speculators who must beg for money for their ruined masters. At the top three representations of two monks with a nobleman, a fool with cap and large nose, and the arrest of a man by two bailiffs. With a verse in two columns containing a dialogue between the Master and the Servant. Part of the group of supplementary prints added to the series Tableau of Folly with satirical prints on the Wind Trade or Stock Trade of 1720.
