Plundering of the house of the wine merchant Gerrit Hagedooren in the Bierstraat in Rotterdam on the evening of 17 August 1751, after he had taken the oath. Riots in a street with on the right the wine merchant's house with smashed windows and plunderers helping themselves to broken-open wine casks. Further down the street the arrival of a detachment of riflemen.
