Satirical print with the execution of the Prince's party, 1784

Satirical print in which Orangists are tortured and executed. Kaat Mossel with orange ribbons tied to a cross to be broken on the wheel ('gelebraakt') by the executioner. The Leiden baker Adriaan Trago is already broken on a wheel, and the Leiden chief bailiff Brender à Brandis hangs from the gallows. The preacher Petrus Hofstede and the Duke of Brunswick await a similar fate. On the left under a tree, Prince Willem V looks on but dares not speak. The print is accompanied by a text sheet with an explanation of the scene in two columns.
