Issue no. 123 of the Amsterdamsche Courant of 11 October 1788. Here the States of Holland and West-Friesland announce that they are establishing a compulsory loan of 4% of everyone's assets at an interest rate of 4%. Newspaper of one sheet printed on both sides, with the coat of arms of Amsterdam at the top on the front.
