Acceptance of the High Government by the Triumvirate in the name of the Prince of Orange by A.F. van der Duyn, G.K. van Hogendorp, and L. van Limburg Stirum on behalf of the Prince of Orange, The Hague, 21 November 1813. Gathering at the home of Van Hogendorp where the oath is taken on an Orange flag; also present: Kemper, Fannius Scholten, and F.D. Changuion.
