About this work
Prince William Frederick inaugurated as sovereign prince in the New Church, Amsterdam, on 30 March 1814. The prince, standing between his two sons, takes the oath to the constitution. On the pulpit to the left is the preacher Petrus Haack; in the foreground are spectators. Accompanied by a separate explanatory text.
