About this work

Treatment of the wounded Prince of Orange by a physician. Interior of a bedroom with the prince sitting on a chair in front of a bed. A physician kneels on the floor to remove the bullet from the wound. Officers stand around him watching; in the foreground, wounded soldiers lie on the floor to the right and left. In the caption, a four-line verse. See also the pendant.
