Satirical print on Goswin Joseph Augustin, Baron de Stassart, 1829. Stassart was formerly very liberal, but later, as a representative in the Second Chamber for the province of Namur, became strongly clerical in the debates on the Collegium Philosophicum and in 1829 vigorously supported the grievances presented by Belgium.
