New Year's greeting of the Amsterdam night watch (ratelwacht) for the year 1847. Centrally the Police Station at Oudezijds Achterburgwal 183-185 with the Spinhuissteeg. With skaters on the ice. Within a frame with small depictions of the work of the night watch. With a verse in two columns. On behalf of the night watch in quarter No. 5 of the 1st Section, Staalstraat.
