New Year's greeting on behalf of the cart men (cart man or dustman) of Amsterdam for the year 1823. View of a street in Amsterdam with a boy emptying a dustpan into a cart, a boy with a rattle and a man collecting money at homes. At the bottom a poem in two columns and a song in three verses. From Frederic Cornet, the cart man of district no. 32.
