About this work

Historical costumed procession of the students of the University of Utrecht on 16 June 1836, celebrating the second centenary of the University of Utrecht. The procession depicts the entry of the States Army into Ostend on 3 July 1600, the day after the victory in the Battle of Nieuwpoort. Second plate in a series of ten unnumbered plates, with the groups numbered 4-8.
