Willemspark in The Hague, 17 November 1863

Ceremony on November 17, 1863, of the laying of the first stone by King William III for the National Monument in memory of independence and the founding of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in 1813, in the Willemspark (now Plein 1813) in The Hague.
