About this work
Commemorative plaque on the occasion of the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the restoration of independence and the founding of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in 1813. At the top the Dutch lion on the Waterloo monument. In the center the three kings William I, II and III. At the bottom the return of the Prince of Orange to Scheveningen in 1813, in the middle left and right the Prince of Orange in the battle of Quatre-Bras and the fleeing French troops. With various verses in the frame.
