Satirical print on the Ministry of Finance, which after the resignation of Minister Van Hall on 23 January remained without a minister. A group of men plays blind man's bluff; on the left, Thorbecke and Van Hoëvell look on. Plate published in the weekly De Nederlandsche Spectator, no. 13, 30 March 1861.
