About this work

Satirical print on the return of resigned ministers. Ministers De Casembroot, Loudon, and Godefroi receive 'counter-marks' at the theatre 'contramarken', and can thus return for the performance 'De Verwarring'. Ministers Van Heemstra and Tets van Goudriaan must leave. Plate published in the weekly De Nederlandsche Spectator, no. 6, 8 February 1862.
