Satirical print on the parliamentary inquiry commission into the state of the navy. On the left Pieter Blussé on horseback, on the right General Delprat. Two members play with a sailboat in a tub of water. Plate published in the weekly De Nederlandsche Spectator, no. 9, 1 March 1862.
