Satirical print on the Minister of Foreign Affairs E.J.J.B. Cremers, who threatens to disturb the precarious balance between the European great powers by trying to remove Limburg from the scales. Plate published in the weekly De Nederlandsche Spectator, no. 4, 28 January 1865.
