Satirical print in which Minister Fock shows the old Mr. Siegenbeek the door with his old spelling and lets in Prof. M. de Vries and Dr. Verwijs with proposals for a new spelling. Plate published in the weekly De Nederlandsche Spectator, no. 32, 1869.
