Satirical print on the prolonged ministerial crisis. The Dutch Maiden finds to her disappointment on St. Nicholas' Day only two instead of seven dolls (ministers) by the fireplace. Plate published in the weekly De Nederlandsche Spectator, no. 49, 1870.
