About this work
Bacchus raises his drinking cup. He wears a crown of grapes and vine leaves on his head and a goatskin over his shoulders. Behind him, a satyr eats grapes. The upper corners of the frame are decorated with the heads of satyrs, the lower corners with drinking glasses.
