The angel Gabriel announces, coming from heaven on a cloud and accompanied by little angels and the Holy Spirit in the form of a dove, the birth of Christ to Mary, who sits at a lectern on a raised platform in a bedroom. In the foreground, slippers, a stove and a basket of sewing. Space left blank below the depiction for an inscription.
