View of the Rapenburg in Leiden, in its prosperous state before the gunpowder explosion of 12 January 1807. This piece is actually the Steenschuur, looking from the Groenebrug towards the Nieuwsteegbrug in the distance. On the right bank, the gunpowder ship is moored.
