Monument to Isaak van Goudoever, the oldest colonel of the civic guard in Amsterdam, 1787. Liberty or Fame standing with a spear topped with a liberty cap and a trumpet before a column bearing the coats of arms of Goudoever and Amsterdam. To the left the Dutch lion. In the background the Amsterdam Town Hall and a marching volunteer corps. In the sky the All-Seeing Eye.
