About this work

The page with text about four militiamen does not correspond to the page with a depiction of three members of the Amsterdam shooting society. A page has been torn from the album. Part of the second chapter on the new Amsterdam civic guard between 1783–1787. In the sketchbook with colored drawings of the uniforms of military personnel and members of the civic guard from the period 1770 to 1795–1796.
