About this work

A bedroom whose walls are hung with tapestries and paintings. On the left a canopy bed, four chairs are pushed against the wall under the window. Over the table against the right wall a cloth is draped. On the other side of the room is the fireplace. Possibly the sleeping chamber of Maurice in the Stadholder's Quarters in The Hague.
