Sketchbook consisting of 74 sheets with sketches made during a trip in the Dutch East Indies, mainly figure studies of Indonesians in traditional costume, dancers and (dance) performances, street scenes, processions, the celebration of a sacrificial feast, and funeral processions for a cremation.
