A guard at a park gate; fragment of a much larger painting on cotton, probably an illustration from the Dastan-i-Amir Hamza story. Surrounded by a series of narrow ornamental borders in green and pink, separated by gold-colored braids and featuring frame lines in white, red and black. Around this is a wide purple-blue leaf border with white and black frame lines. The scene is pasted.
