About this work
The lower half of the sheet consists of three bands, the lower one being wider than the upper two; in each of the upper bands three pairs are visible against a background of ornamental decoration and separated by Moorish pillar and arch forms in gold; the lower band consists of three fields, with a pair in the middle and the two outer ones respectively a decorative door and a tree; above the scene two columns of text, continued on the verso; colored border lines around. Two columns of text on the front and back in Old Persian script.
