About this work

A warrior in a red robe stands in a field decorated with floral motifs and plays a sitar-like instrument; the composition is bordered by a golden ornamental border with a foliate scroll motif in green. The sheet with the composition is mounted on a sky-blue sheet of paper; there are some holes in the composition.
