About this work
Two caricatured scenes set in an interior: in the first, a man with a guitar as an upper body gives music lessons to a man; in the second, the latter man, who has a brush-like upper body, gives drawing lessons. Also studies of a fight with clubs and of men in various sitting and standing poses. Leaf 21 recto from a sketchbook of 51 leaves.
