Three sarcophagi (waruga), two village foundation stones (tumotowa); detail of sculpted architectural elements of houses; details of bamboo posts decorated with worked palm leaves and figurines; Minahasa lands, North Celebes. Decorated bamboo posts were used at festivities, such as the arrival of Governor-General Van der Capellen and his retinue in 1824.
