Great Yellow-crested Cockatoo, sitting in a hoop. Numbered top right: 16. Marked with a red star in the top left corner. Part of the second album with bird drawings. Fourth of twelve albums with drawings of animals, birds and plants known around 1600, made on commission of Emperor Rudolf II. With commentary in Dutch, Latin and French.
