Sheet with the thirteenth natural history ensemble with animals and plants, numbers 1-13. Insects (butterfly, flies, beetle, caterpillar), spider, fish, fruits, and flowers. Numbered in the top right: 13. Part of the seventh album with drawings of reptiles, amphibians, and natural history ensembles. The seventh of twelve albums with watercolours of animals, birds, and plants known around 1600, made on commission of Emperor Rudolf II. With explanations in Dutch, Latin, and French.
