About this work

Jan (1438-1516), Count of Egmond. Known as Manke Jan. Banner-bearer of Bahr and Lathum, stadtholder of Holland, Zeeland and West-Friesland, as a pilgrim to Jerusalem. Bust to the left, holding a palm branch, around the neck the chain of the Golden Fleece. To the left above the family coat of arms. Old copy. Pendant of SK-A-1548.
