About this work
Antiochus and Stratonice. King Seleucus renounces his wife Stratonice in favor of his son Antiochus. The son lies to the right in a bed. The father points to the crown and scepter lying on a table in front of the bed. At the foot of the bed stands the court physician Erasistratos and members of the court.
