About this work

This mysterious painting seems to offer hope, but raises more questions than it answers. The surface of the painting works like the surface of a mirror. With a warm gaze she looks at us, but her reflection makes us realize that time passes and there is no turning back. We feel omnipotent because we see more of her than she sees herself. Who is she, why is she so happy?
