Peace Urging the Churches to be Tolerant

Peace exhorts the churches to tolerance. In an interior Calvin (by a roasted lamb), the Pope (with a bowl of porridge and two cats on his lap) and Martin Luther (playing a lute) sit at the table arguing. On the right the Anabaptist dips his bread in the lid dish by the hearth. On the left stands the female personification of Peace with an olive branch in her hand. On the wall two paintings. On the right above the sideboard Love (Caritas) with her children; on the back wall Peace is set on a pedestal by Justice while Fury is driven away.
