Two wings of a triptych. Outside left side panel: the kneeling founder Thomas Isaacq (died 1539-40), herald of the Golden Fleece, adorned with the coat of arms of Philip the Fair, accompanied by the saint Thomas. Outside right side panel: the kneeling wife of the founder with the saint Margaret (for the insides and the central panel see SK-A-962-C and SK-A-962-A).
