Black hollow moulded frame

Hollow, black-stained profile frame. The core is made of softwood and the profile is veneered with walnut. The frame profile consists of four parts: an inner edge with a slight convexity, a wide rising hollow part, a flat step, and finally a wide, slightly rising convex outer edge. On the back, the frame has a wooden construction to achieve the depth required for the matting, against which a wooden backplate is attached. The frame still has its original wooden hanging eye.
