Collection locality: in and near concretionary sand layer with phosphatic nodules and fossils that caps the lower massive sand, exposures in draw .2 mi NE of Charlie Krejci ranch house (=Walter ranch house), & along Fox Hills Fm ridge to N of that draw, & along W side of Buck Creek (=Crazy Woman Creek), & about 3 mi N of WY Rt. 270, & 8.3 mi NE of Lance Creek village, Niobrara County, Wyoming, USA. Collected by Karl M. Waage, 1961.
