Geological context: Pennsylvanian, Bird Spring Fm. Collection locality: Early to Middle Pennsylvanian, samples ranging upward from f.118x [=18] at base to f.11x at top of .5-mi-long, NE to SW, measured section (that is the lower segment of a skeletal section that is continued as section Pk I [or just Pk] 2 mi to the NW) starting at base (IV') at 36.254 N lat. & 115.658 W long. on NE flank of ridge that extends NW to Charleston Peak, & ending upslope at 36.247 N lat. & 115.668 W long. at crest of that ridge, & 2.5 mi SE of Charleston Peak, Spring Mts, & about 30 mi NW of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, USA. Collected by Tsun-yi Yang. IP number 406906; lot count 1; accn=IPA.07454.
