Collection locality: float and in place, concs., CAZ and Sphenodiscus Layer, top of bluff, S-facing bluffs forming amphitheatre, 1.6 mi N of Moreau River, and 2 mi S of the French ranch, and 6 mi NW of Green Grass, Dewey County, South Dakota, USA. Collected by Karl M. Waage, 1959. IP number 52559; lot count 1; macroconch; accn=IPA.07048.
