Vaccinium angustifolium

Geological context: Pleistocene. Collection locality: Post-Glacial lake clays of the upper Connecticut River Valley, 15 miles south of the Canadian border and 4-1/2 miles southwest of Colebrook, New Hampshire, on the Vermont side of the river, at the first bend of the river 1/2 mile south of Columbia Bridge. "...The clay beds occur on both sides of the river, and these particular specimens were collected oon the Vermont side, in the little-known township of Lemington..."(see publication PB.0226), Coos County, New Hampshire, USA.
