Type status: holotype. Geological context: Late Pennsylvanian, Gaptank Fm. Collection locality: Light gray weathering limestone, 15 ft above base of unit 10 (38 ft thick), Section 26, beginning 2.5 mi N40E of the Neal Ranch House, base of the Glass Mountains Escarpment, Brewster County, Texas, USA. Collected by Charles A. Ross. IP number 23645; lot count 1; accn=YPM.06683.
