Type status: syntype. Geological context: Late Ordovician, Whitehead Fm. Collection locality: Grande Coupe, near the mouth of the small brook in a deep gash on the NE side of Mount Ste. Anne about 1 mi N of Perce, Gaspe Peninsula, Quebec, Canada. Collected by Gustav A. Cooper, 1929-08. IP number 30464; lot count 1; anatomical elements=cranidium; accn=IPA.07080.
