Collection locality: Colgate ss channel in amphitheater, badland exposures along but principally W of head of small drainage system running N to Moreau River, and 4 mi SE of Iron Lightning, Ziebach County, South Dakota, USA. Collected by Karl M. Waage, Jonathan K. Waage, Charles W. Thayer, 1967.
