Geological context: Late Cretaceous, Fox Hills Fm, Trail City Mbr. Collection locality: float from about 2 ft below Lucina conc. zone, conc., S side, head of southernmost gully near road, exposures flanking gully head just W of SD Rt. 63 at first sharp curve as road drops into breaks on N side of Moreau River, 4.5 mi NNE of Green Grass, Dewey County, South Dakota, USA. Collected by Karl M. Waage, 1957. IP number 44814; lot count 1; accn=IPA.07048.
