Geological context: Late Cretaceous, Fox Hills Fm, Trail City Mbr. Collection locality: concs., 9-ft zone from top of unit 2 to top of unit 3 of section, bluffs S of the Moreau River, between the forks of the county roads leading NW to the village and N to the bridge, and about 1 mi SE of Thunder Butte village, Ziebach County, South Dakota, USA. Collected by Karl M. Waage, 1961. IP number 53477; lot count 1; original nature=part/counterpart; microconch; accn=IPA.07048.
